This white vinyl was the first pressing of the album and was originally sold during the August 8, 1989 Lamefest in Seattle.  Free posters were given to those who bought the LP at the show.  Later, when the second pressing (black) came out, the poster was included with the LPs.

One eBay seller mentioned "smudges" on Side B of the white vinyl.  That's interesting because others have reported this, too.  This may be a defect from the pressing plant.  If you look closely at the image, to the right of the label, you can see a "smudge."  The item shown on that page was not the LP sold at eBay, though.

The label on Side B has artwork from The Divine Comedy of Dante Alighieri: Inferno.  (This is true for all Sub Pop versions of this LP.)
