The book details most Nirvana releases, official and otherwise.  No publisher is mentioned, nor is an ISBN listed.  A sticker indicates the book was printed in Great Britain.  Black & white photos are throughout the book.

  • "This is a great guide.  I've been collecting bootlegs for quite a while and this is the best guide (except for Digital Nirvana, of course...) that is available for Nirvana collectors.  The book is approximately 12.5 inches tall and 8.5 inches wide.  There are 80 pages in all, listing bootleg discs in chronological order (by show-date).

"The short blurbs on the discs reveal details like which release has the best sound quality, first pressing matrix numbers, how many pressings, etc.  Some discs get more of a write-up than others, and usually only one disc is reviewed for each show.  There are dozens of black and white photos of disc covers.... these guys REALLY know their stuff.  There is also a bootleg vinyl guide, discs to avoid guide, and UK live performance guide towards the back of the book.  Compilation discs and box sets are reviewed also.

"This book is quite difficult to come by... don't bother checking Barnes & Noble or Amazon.com.  They were produced and released in the UK, so UK record shops might be a good place to look.  If you're fortunate enough to find one, it is HIGHLY recommended that you pick up a copy."
