Nothing is etched on Side B, so the record is one-sided.  Side A's label has some information, but Side B's label is blank.  The record comes in a blue, plastic sleeve.

The Side A label lacks a DGC logo and lists Novoselic as "Chris," which I believe is incorrect because he had changed his name to "Krist" by then.  The label also indicates that this item was issued as a promo, which we all know can sometimes be code for "unofficial."  The matrix seems to indicate that this was made in 1995, which is also sort of odd.  If you add all of these features up and consider that Central America is a piracy hot spot, it wouldn't be too much of an assumption to at least consider that this item is somewhat suspicious.

The beginning of the code is hard to read.  It starts with "R" and may be a signature.
