"The Globus pressings of Nevermind on pic disc & green vinyl are indeed authentic and to my knowledge the pic disc is the ONLY authentic Nevermind picture disc ever pressed.  These were pressed in the Czech Republic at the insistence of Krist who is from Croatia which is in the same region.  I believe they are both limited to 500 pressings each, though I've also heard it was 1000 each...either way they're pretty rare."
