- • Single camera PRO-shot video, shot partially from an elevated position from the back of the venue, partially from the right/front and partially from the right/left/back on stage. Has timecode box covering part of the screen.
- • Includes only "Smells Like Teen Spirit", Breed (cuts in and cut), "Lithium" (first attempt, cuts in), "Lithium", "Love Buzz" (cuts out), "Come As You Are" (cuts in and has a lot of cuts), "Been A Son" (has a lot of cuts and cuts out), "Negative Creep" (cuts out), "On A Plain" (cuts in), "Blew" and "Dumb" (cuts out).
- • After "Love Buzz" the taper disconnects the microphone from the soundboard and moves around the venue, leaving the camera recording only with the built in microphone. This lasts until the start of "On A Plain", in which the start of the song has built in audio, some seconds without audio, then the taper, again, connects the microphone into the soundboard.
- • During "Breed" and "Negative Creep", it's only footage of the crowd.
