Nirvana Bootography Review:
Dive Into Hole is a Japanese disc and can be somewhat difficult to find (not rare, just uncommon). The quality of the February 15th, 1990 show can be found in superior quality on the disc Heaven Can Wait. The February 15th tracks appear to be cloned from Supersonic.

Dive Into Hole is very treble-heavy and you can hear the tape gargle slightly a few times throughout the show. The treble-heavy copy leads to some high-end distortion throughout the majority of the disc. The filler show (05/13/90) on Dive Into Hole also suffers similar deterioration problems, but those are magnified by the terrible editting techniques used. Songs fade in and out before they're completed and the sound is terribly distorted.

Most collectors will prefer to pick up Heaven Can Wait for the Febrary 15th show. The filler tracks from the May 13th, 1990 show can be found in better quality on Stiff Drinks or Saturday Night Sonic Attack. The disc isn't completely worthless, but there are better alternatives.
