Releases: Released by C/Z Records in America on LP, CD and cassette and on LP in Australia by Waterfront Records. The American vinyl release was originally issued in a gatefold sleave and then a single sleave. The Australian release was a double album, unlike American, British and European versions. Two different issues of the CD and cassette releases exist, with different artwork and tracks, a result of Kiss's objection to the use of their logo.
