rtwork on the inserts is a mixture of images from the Smells Like Teen Spirit single, live shots, Unplugged, and a publicity shot. The following list of symbols are from a version of this item I've seen a few times at eBay. The bottom of the front insert has "DVD Version," "Compact Disc Digital Video," and the logo of the company that made this, "T," with "Video CD T-1704" printed below it. T-1704 is also printed on the UPC on the back. The bottom of the back insert has symbols for "DVD Version," "Video CD," "Compact Disc Digital Video," "THX Laser Disc," "digital sound stereo," and "Dolby Surround AC-3 Digital."

Not Only is this release actually a VCD (ie: terrible quality) it doesn't even have all the songs that were broadcast (All Apologies is missing).
