Live Nirvana Bootography Review:
Credits: (Side A) Original 2 tracks demo version recorded by Arthur "Bilko" Kitchner in 1987 at the Studios Porte Jarretelles. (Side B) Recording by Myron Rust for Mr. E. Raja's Mobile Fidelity Sound Studios on location New Music Seminar New York 5/15/88. WARNING: This 45 is pressed in 100% VIRGIN vinyl to negotiate optimum dynamics. The color wax (For Pussies) pressing has been aborted due to quality problems.

Though commonly referred to as Oi! Kinnock, the full title actually continues onto the back of the folded sleeve. (The entire title is also printed on the Side A label.) The sleeve is full-length on the front, but only half-length on the back. The credits are wrong about the sources of the songs. "About A Girl" is from 1990.01.06 in Seattle, and "Love Buzz" and "Dive" are from the Blind Pig show in Ann Arbor, Michigan on 1990.04.10. The vinyl is black and plays at two different speeds, 45 rpm on Side A and 33 1/3 rpm on Side B. Side B's label has a spiraling graphic (also found on the front of the sleeve) and the text about color vinyl being aborted. This version differs from the other version in the following ways: * · The sleeve is a lighter shade of orange. · The photo on the front is not Nirvana. · Text below the photo claims this is a promotional copy (one of 15 copies). · The corner of the sleeve is clipped, as if it were a promo. (Promos of bootlegs don't make sense, so I'm sure this was done to make people think it was rare.)

The Title is surely the oddest of any Nirvana Bootleg, it must seem utterly bizzare to anyone outside the UK , and makes a mockery of "pressed in USA" claim. In Case Anyone's curious: Neil Kinnock lead the British Labour Party from 1983 until 1992 and began the process of reforming the party and moving it away from its hard left roots, which angered many of its traditional supporters. The red rose was the traditional Symbol of the Labour party, but what does any of this have to do with Nirvana? The title is helpful in one way as it indicates that the disc could have been made no later than 1992.
