This song is from Kurt Cobain's 1985 Fecal Matter demo Illiteracy Will Prevail. An incomplete mp3 file of this song surfaced on the Internet in March 2006.  As earlier reported, this song does sound like a Nirvana song.  Most of the other Fecal Matter songs sound like variations on Melvins songs.

This song features Kurt doing an comical impression of a stereotypical high school cheerleader during verses, then screaming Nirvana-esque choruses.
