Additional Information: There are at least two versions of the video, with slight differences. Kevin Kerslake tried to sue the band for stealing his idea. A medical theme runs through the video, as it does through 'In Utero' generally. The props from this video were used on the 'In Utero' tour, which marked Nirvana's first use of stage props. The young girl in the video is Breanne O'Connor, Cobain's half-sister, who is thanked in the credits of 'In Utero'.

The video wins the 1994 MTV Music Video Award for Best Alternative Video in August. Dave and Krist collect the award; Dave Grohl, on acceping the award, says that he misses Cobain every day.
