This song was once thought to be fake, but it's not. The real title of the song is not known, though it's likely either a cover of a Leadbelly song or a Cobain original in homage to Leadbelly.

Besides the studio version of the song found on bootlegs such as Outcesticide IV and Dressed For Success Krist jammed on the bass line from the song during 1990.02.14 after Love buzz.
