  It is generally agreed that CDs with blue text on the inserts are originals and without a doubt an official release.  The problem, which is also applicable to other versions, is that the features are not uniform from CD to CD.

Tracks on the CD may be numbered 1, 2, 3, and 1, 2, 3.  Or they may be numbered 1, 2, 3 and 1, 5, 6.

The CD has a solid silver appearance, as if the entire disc is full of music.

The obi strip and inserts have sharp-looking text.

CD trays vary in color; some may be white, others may be the standard dark gray.
