Live Nirvana Bootography Review:
This title gets it's 85% rating simply for it's packaging and collectible appeal. The Del Mar show it contains is short, incomplete (it's missing Floyd The Barber), and available in better sound quality. It's still enjoyable, but this is a very common show that you can easily get elsewhere.

If you look at the cover, you may notice it appears almost dirty. The disc in this scan is actually in superb condition. The story of the cover is that the label appears to have taken the picture from a magazine. The print on the opposite side must have bled through when it was being produced!

This title was put out by the Turtle label, which is also known as Black Cat. Black Cat also put out Down Under '92 and Supersonic. This Australian label arguably produced the best packaging of any Nirvana bootleg ever produced. Supersonic and Smells Like........... both share the same four-panel foldout design. This is the more difficult of the three Black Cat/Turtle discs to find.

If you're looking to add the Del Mar show to your collection, I suggest picking up The Eternal Legacy. However, if you are ever fortunate enough to find one of these I suggest you pick it up.
