Live Nirvana Bootography Review:
This disc is unlike most Small Clone discs because it contains two INCOMPLETE shows. "The Palace" is as good as any other soundboard recording! Unforunately it only contains about half of the 02-01-92 show. The second half of the disc is missing the first two tracks of the 05-13-90 show, plus it is not nearly as good sounding as "Saturday Night Sonic Attack" or "Stiff Drinks".

This is still the best disc to get the Palace tracks. This is a very hard find (as with all Small Clone discs) because Small Clone is a small Japanese label. The copy scanned for this review was ordered directly from Japan.

Postscript: In 2004 this disc was repressed making it a lot easier to find, However all of the new batch were defective, they all contained second long drop outs before Tracks 5,6,7,11 & 16 which somewhat spoil the enjoyment of what would have been a classic disc, the total disc running time is the same as the perfect original pressing, so the only way to detect the bad disc is by listening to the transition from Polly to Lounge act. Beware!
